This comes as a two piece set. The skirt is made with a purple rayon crinkle gauze fabric. It is made with a split and as built in shorts on the inside made with a mauve tie dye terry knit fabric. There is elastic in the waist for a better fit. The top is made with the same tie dye terry knit fabric as the shorts & is intended to be worn off shoulder with elastic added to the shoulders and neckline.
